AnyKanban costs €18 per paid Azure DevOps user per year, per organization, excluding VAT. Stakeholders are free in any number. Above 5 paid users, the annual price is never less than €450 nor more than €4,500. Paying for two years at once costs 10% less.
Find the total in Organization settings → Users and exclude Stakeholders.
Use the name in your URL, for example dev.azure.com/contoso. Pasting the whole address works too. The name is printed on your certificate. If it is wrong, support@anykanban.com reissues it under the same License ID.
Paddle sells the license as a subscription for the term you choose. It renews for the same term automatically until canceled. Paddle's terms and the details are in Before you buy.
Before you buy
What you are buying. One license covers one Azure DevOps organization: every project, every query, every board, every feature, all updates released during the term, and an unlimited number of Stakeholders. There are no editions and no feature gates. The price is set by the number of paid users you declare for the term, and growth during the term is never re-billed.
Price and VAT. €18 per paid Azure DevOps user per year, per organization, excluding VAT, with a minimum of €450 and a maximum of €4,500 a year. Two years paid at once cost 10% less than two one-year terms: €32.40 per paid user for the two years, with a minimum of €810 and a maximum of €8,100. Prices are in EUR. At checkout Paddle determines and charges the tax and shows you the total including any tax before you pay. Paddle applies the reverse charge to EU business buyers who enter a valid VAT identification number. That number appears on the invoice.
It renews automatically. The online purchase is a Paddle subscription for the term you choose, one year or two, and it renews for the same term. We write to you at least 30 days before a license renews. Paddle shows the recurring price and billing period before payment. Use the link in your Paddle receipt or Paddle's buyer portal to manage or cancel it.
Cancellation and refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern renewal, cancellation, refunds and consumer rights connected with the online sale.
If you are buying as a consumer. Paddle is the seller. Paddle's Buyer Terms and the mandatory law that applies to you govern withdrawal, conformity, cancellation and refunds.
Mandatory rights. Nothing on this page limits rights that applicable law does not allow the seller to limit.
What you are agreeing to. The License Agreement and our Terms and Conditions. The order itself is placed with Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, under Paddle's Buyer Terms.
You may not need to buy at all. AnyKanban is free while an organization has 5 or fewer paid users, whatever the number of Stakeholders. A 60-day evaluation of the full product is free at any organization size.

What every license includes
- One organization, whole. Every project, every query, every board and every feature in the licensed Azure DevOps organization, for an unlimited number of Stakeholders alongside the paid users you declare. The evaluation, the free tier and a paid license are the same software.
- Every update released during the term. Updates arrive through the Visual Studio Marketplace like any other extension update, at no extra cost.
Support
Write to support@anykanban.com with any question about the product. We answer everyone who writes, whether the organization is licensed, evaluating or using AnyKanban free. A guaranteed response time, onboarding and other managed services come with an individually signed Managed agreement.
The number you declare
A paid user is any user whose Azure DevOps access level is not Stakeholder, as shown on Organization settings → Users. Stakeholders are not counted or charged. You declare the count at purchase and renewal. Growth during the term is never re-billed, and dropping below the declared count during a term does not reduce the fee for that term.
Press Count users on the AnyKanban page in Organization settings to read aggregate totals by access level from your Azure DevOps. It reads no names or user list and stores nothing. The extension sends the total to no one. The total reaches this page only if you follow the buy link on that page. It then prefills the field above and stays editable.
Supported platform
AnyKanban is built and supported for Azure DevOps Services (cloud). Azure DevOps Server (on-premises) is not supported today. Write to support@anykanban.com before buying.
What arrives, and when
For an online order, Paddle provides the receipt and invoice. We issue a license record, License ID, certificate and license key for the Azure DevOps organization and paid-user count declared in the order. The term is twelve months from the date of payment, or twenty-four months when you pay for two years.
Free to try
Trying AnyKanban requires no purchase and no card. You get a 60-day evaluation at any organization size, and free use while an organization has 5 or fewer paid users, with any number of Stakeholders. There are no editions, so what you evaluate is exactly what you would license. To install it in your organization, contact us.
The free tier is for organizations that are genuinely that size. A person or entity may not split work across several Azure DevOps organizations to keep each one below the limit.
Larger organizations, groups and contracts
The cap of €4,500 holds for a single organization of any size. For multiple organizations or a group of legal entities, license each organization separately through this page, or write to support@anykanban.com for one quote covering a named list of legal entities and their organizations.
Managed is available by individual agreement from €5,900 a year. The signed agreement defines its services and terms. It is a contract form, not a bigger license, and the software and features are identical. Write to support@anykanban.com.
Buying on invoice
If your organization buys on invoice, email support@anykanban.com with your EU VAT identification number, or your company registration number if you are outside the EU. We will send you an offer and an invoice.
Private individuals buy through Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our online orders.
Any separate business arrangement requires our written acceptance. Its signed terms govern the services, price and payment.
How buying works
Paddle.com Market Ltd sells AnyKanban online as Merchant of Record. The contract of sale is with Paddle under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, tax, subscription management, cancellation, refunds and consumer-sale rights. Agilist Information Technologies Ltd develops the software and grants the right to use it under the License Agreement.
