The company behind AnyKanban
Agilist Information Technologies Ltd develops and publishes AnyKanban. Our registered office and company identifiers are on the legal information page.
Online purchases
Paddle.com Market Ltd sells AnyKanban online as Merchant of Record. The contract of sale is between the buyer and Paddle and is governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Paddle handles checkout, payment, tax, invoicing, subscription management, cancellation, refunds, chargebacks and consumer rights connected with the online sale.
We do not take or process the online payment. We grant the right to use the software under the End User License Agreement.
What a license covers
One license covers one Azure DevOps organization for twelve months, or for twenty-four months when two years are paid at once. It covers every project, query, board and feature, together with updates made available during the term. There are no editions or feature gates. Stakeholders are not counted as paid users.
AnyKanban is free while an organization has 5 or fewer paid users, whatever the number of Stakeholders. It is also free for a 60-day evaluation of the full product, at any organization size.
The free tier is for organizations that are genuinely that size. A person or entity may not split work across several Azure DevOps organizations to keep each one below the limit.
The extension is licensed, not sold. The End User License Agreement contains the grant and its restrictions.
Price and how it is charged
The standard annual price is €18 per paid Azure DevOps user, excluding VAT. The minimum is €450 and the maximum is €4,500 for one organization. Two years paid at once cost 10% less than two annual terms: €32.40 per paid user for the two years, with a minimum of €810 and a maximum of €8,100. A paid user is anyone whose Azure DevOps access level is not Stakeholder.
The buyer declares the paid-user count for the term. Growth during that term is not billed again, and dropping below the declared count during a term does not reduce the fee for that term.
We write to you at least 30 days before a license renews.
Buying on invoice, Managed and other direct arrangements
Paddle's checkout is the routine way to buy. We also sell directly to business purchasers against an EU VAT identification number, or a company registration number outside the EU, by offer and invoice. Private individuals buy through Paddle, the Merchant of Record for our online orders. Managed is available by individual agreement from €5,900 a year. Any other direct business arrangement, beyond an ordinary sale by offer and invoice, exists only when we accept it in writing.
An individually signed Managed agreement governs its services, price, payment and other terms. Another signed direct arrangement governs the commercial terms it addresses but creates no service level unless it is a Managed agreement. The signed agreement takes precedence over these website terms for that arrangement.
