Your message becomes an email in our support mailbox. We read that mailbox ourselves and we answer from it.

What this page collects

The address you give us, the message you type, and which of the four options above you picked. That is all of it. There is no field for a company name, a job title or a telephone number, and there is no newsletter to join.

Your message travels to our support mailbox and stays there. We keep no copy in a database and no record of your visit: the mailbox is the whole record, and the subject line carries the choice you made above so we know what a message is about before we open it. Correspondence kept in that mailbox is held for 24 months, which the Privacy Policy sets out along with everything else we handle.

What the extension sends us

AnyKanban runs inside your Azure DevOps organization and sends us nothing. Your work items, your queries and your settings stay there, and we have no standing access to them. The only thing that reaches us from you is what you type into this form.
