Refund and cancellation information
Paddle sells AnyKanban online as Merchant of Record. It handles the purchase, the subscription and payment, and every refund under its Refund Policy.

Online orders
Paddle.com Market Ltd is the seller and Merchant of Record for online orders. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy govern refunds, cancellation, renewal, chargebacks and consumer rights connected with that sale. Paddle returns an approved refund to the payment method used for the order.
Manage an order
Use the link in your Paddle receipt, or Paddle's buyer portal at paddle.net, to manage the subscription or request help with a cancellation or refund.
Individually signed arrangements
If Agilist Information Technologies Ltd has accepted a separate business arrangement in writing, its signed terms govern cancellation and refunds for that arrangement.
Software use
A completed refund or chargeback ends the corresponding AnyKanban license. The End User License Agreement governs the license.
Mandatory rights
Nothing on this page limits rights that applicable law does not allow the seller to limit.
